Freya started her entrepreneurial journey after going through her first layoff at the age of 21. While she earned internships and a co-op from Savannah River Company while the company sponsored her graduate studies in Computer Science at Clemson University, she still found herself without a job. She started tutoring students to help them increase their SAT scores and pass the High School Graduation Exam. She started her technology training and web design company, The Teknowlogy Factory, to develop technology and training solutions for businesses, career professionals, and entrepreneurs. After going through a total of five layoffs (voluntary and job eliminations), she started career coaching and developed her signature program, Rebrand My Career. The program was designed to help career professionals prepare for promotions and job changes, and prepare for life in the event of a layoff.

Additionally, she created the Virtual Entrepreneurship Launch Academy to help entrepreneurs launch online businesses and coaching programs.  She encourages professionals to prepare for life before going through a layoff and gain knowledge and skills to remain competitive in the workforce.

Freya is a compassionate Career and Business Coach that cares about the success of her clients and provides live virtual coaching to support their business, marketing, performance, and growth efforts.
